Charles Krauthammers column in todays Washington Post makes a good deal of use of three reports from the Congressional Budget Office about the very high cost of the proposed reforms of health care. He is particularly concerned to show how prevention does not reduce but increases the total costs. I dont know where the truth in any of this lies, but the one great question Ive had from the beginning is this: How do we pay for it?
