The Virgin (Ruiz Anglada / Wikimedia Commons)

             Alleluia—
minimalist, elegant,
            as though a second

            Gabriel addresses
the Queen of Heaven, to say:
            Alleluia—

            (almost by-the-way)
The created space-time dust
            (just matter-of-fact),

            matter of glory
now, full Grace, flesh did happen
            God. Rejoice, be glad,

            Alleluia—
He is risen as he said,
            Alleluia
